Replaces Hope Lance with an upscaled and redefined Megiddo Spire

- I've added an option to replace Artian too. You can toggle the one you want in FluffyModManager. Mind that there are still some electric effects on the lance that can't be removed, but it's bearable.
- I've modified how the emission works, now it's more consistent at the cost of infidelty to the original games. The low emission -> high emission effect is annoying to look at in this engine, so I've switched to a mid emission -> high emission.

At this point I think I'll take it upon myself to bring all Dire Miralis weapons in Wilds, It's been too long and I want them back.
I got the hang of it, so I believe it will go pretty smoothly and get this done in a couple of weeks.
Anyway, I forgot how cool this weapon looked, thanks to ZZZZOmniMan for the awesome suggestion.
Next up is greatsword.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Each map in this game has a color filter for what appears on screen, and the emission of the weapon is not an exception to this. This means that:
- In some areas the emission would be unbearably bright and be just right in darker areas.
- In darker areas the emission is not bright enough, while being just right in brighter areas.
Installation steps:
- Install REFramework
- Install FluffyModManager
- Drag and drop the archive on the manager's UI
- Alternatively, place the archive in "..\Fluffy Mod Manager\Games\MonsterHunterWilds\Mods" without extracting it
Uninstallation steps:
- Disable the mod in FluffyModManager
- Delete the archive from the manager's mod folder
