This mod reduces the high pitched ringing noise effect that plays while you're gaining health from potions or the Regeneration Melody by about 80%, saving the ears of many regen horn players.
This does not remove the noise of gaining the effect or the effect itself.

Ironically, since both effects are under human_common_effect.sbnk.1.X64, I don't think our mods are compatible without more trickery I don't know how to do.
I have yet to recover from this tragedy.
Probably not compatible with other mods that change Human_Common_Effect.sbnk.1.X64
