About this mod
A simple GUIDE focused on improving performance, stability, and quality of life while reducing bugs and stutters. This is not an FPS booster—expect smoother gameplay and better visuals, with a significant FPS boost only when using Frame Generation.

This GUIDE improves performance, reduces stutters, fixes texture issues, and enhances overall quality of life. It allows DLSS in performance mode with the visuals of quality mode. Optional mods, like extra camps or unlimited character edits, can be toggled as needed.
With Frame Generation, performance nearly doubled in my experience, while visuals and stability saw noticeable improvements.
While it won’t massively boost FPS without Frame Generation, it focuses on smoother frame pacing, better fidelity, and eliminating drops—resulting in a more stable and smooth experience.
THIS INCLUDES:
- DLSS 4 + Frame Gen
- Intro Logos Skip
- Direct Storage updates, NVIDIA Streamline updates (Stutter, frame time, texture loading, and more fixes)
Optional (disable via FMM):
- Unli Character & Palico Edit Tickets
- Better Camps
- Auto Meal
- Auto Restock Items (from loadouts)
- Auto Sharpen Weapons (after quest / out of battle)
- Monster Weakness Indicator Icons
-Kill Time Tracker (requires CatLib) [DEPRECATED]
Optional Optional:
- Config.ini file (tweaked for 8GB VRAM, maxed fidelity w/ tiny fps loss)
- Reshade Preset (soon)
DLSS 4 INSTALLATION STEPS:
1. Download DLSS Swapper via link below
2. In the Games section, find MH Wilds (click it)
3. For each option, select the latest version and click swap. Latest Versions should be the topmost.
(DLSS, DLSS Frame Gen, FSR 3.1 DX12, FSR 3.1 Vulkan, XeSS)
4. Download NVPI Revamped
5. Launch and select MH Wilds (if none, add custom)
6. Change the SR Preset to Preset K and Apply Changes.
Steps 4 - 6 are redundant. DLSS Swapper enables Preset K by default
MODPACK INSTALLATION STEPS:
1. Install Fluffy Mod Manager anywhere, mine is here:
"MonsterHunterWilds\Fluffy Mod Manager-818-3-055-1741224458"
2. Launch Fluffy Mod Manager (FMM)
3. Press "choose game" and find MH Wilds
4. Drag all MODS content (from this mod pack) into FMM. (just drag and drop to FMM window)
5. Launch the game
6. Change to DLSS and enable frame gen
7. Enable or disable mods if needed (relaunch to take effect)

UNINSTALLATION STEPS:
1. Delete Fluffy Mod Manager folder, that's all
