About this mod
Nerf Counter Rising Slash's damage and damage reduction to match the beta's values, making it take a lot more chip damage and not optimal for punishing most moves (turning it into an emergency tool). In exchange Double Slash and Triple Slash get slightly buffed damage, making it more worth it to go for those combos even in Amp.

The Beta version of the weapon actually had the parry much weaker, and I thought it was well balanced there, so I attempted to restore the values to be similar to the beta. Now Counter Rising Slash is an emergency option to be used when you cant dodge an attack and want to take less damage or when you know that an attack doesn't deal much damage at all so its worth taking some chip to keep a favorable position.
In exchange for these nerfs, I felt Double Slash and Triple Slash were very weak in this game as their damage was far below all other Sword mode attacks, meaning they were only used for building amp and are terrible otherwise. This doesn't make sense for triple slash given how much commitment is needed to get to it, so I increased the damage of that combo a bit.
Changelog:
Counter Rising Slash use cost increased from 10 to 20 amp gauge.
Chip damage on successful Counter increased from 30% to 45%
Chip damage on Successful Just Counter increased from 10% to 40%
2nd hit of Rising Counter Slash MV nerfed from 50 to 35
Triple Slash 1st hit MV increased from 15 to 25
Double Slash 1st hit (Triple Slash 2nd hit) MV increased from 22 to 27
Double Slash 2nd hit (Triple Slash 3rd hit) MV increased from 26 to 30
INSTALLATION:
1. Install RE Framework
2. With RE Framework installed, launch the game and open the LooseFIleLoader section in REFramework menu, and check "Enable Loose File Loader"
3. Close the game
4. Extract the natives folder from the downloaded mod zip file and place it in the game's base directory
5. The mod will be working on next boot. Uninstall by deleting the natives folder.
