Currently, there is a bug in Bow, Light Bowgun, and Heavy Bowgun that doesn't match the model name. Will fix it soon.
This is a convenience-enhanced version of HookWeaponLayer created by Stracker.

You don't need to look up the modelID, just find and select the name of the weapon you want from the drop-down and press the "Change model" button.
