There was a recent patch that "fixed" the moon cycle so it would not be a full moon on an Optional Quest. There is a special gathering point for Nightflower Pollen that only occurs during a full moon. This mod changes all of the quests to allow the moon to continuously cycle so the optional quest A Leviathan's Temper can be used to obtain the Nightflower Pollen.
