We're reducing the Insect Glaive's charge time for improved usability.
Slightly increased the effect of the Extract Buff.

We've decreased the charge time for Descending Slash.
Degradation due to low charge has been eliminated.
Charge Press Time: 1.2s > 0.35s
Air Charge Press Time: > 0.8s > 0.3s
We've made the Kinsect's attack cycle a bit shorter.

Orange Defense Buff: 1.05 > 1.2
Orange + White Defense Buff: 1.1 > 1.3
Red + White Damage Buff: 1.1 > 1.2
Triple Extracts Damage Buff: 1.15 > 1.3
White Speed Buff: 1.2 > 1.25

Charge Press Time: 0.6s > 0.3s
Slightly buffed the attack power modifier of Saver Kinsects.

INSTALLATION:
Drag and drop to Fluffy Mod Manager and enable.
REFramework absolutely required and need to enable LooseFiles loading in that.
There may be compatibility issues with other mods that modify the Insect Glaive.
