Mod Installation:
Install using Fluffy Mod Manager. Make sure you're on the latest version of the manager or you will get a black screen.
Provided that RE Framework is installed correctly and is the newest version, it should work.
Install Layer Any Weapon to use it on any weapon you'd like! :)
