kinsect charge timers are now normalized (yay!). all field slinger ammo is 150 seconds and all monster pods are 300.
Extract timers all set to 150 seconds
Added a version for 1 hit tenderize, as well as aerial claw soften. Due to how annoying aerial claw is, it's not as useful or consistent as SnS uppercut
Descending thrust 3rd hit blunt increased from 5 -> 20.

Insect Glaive Overhaul
Insect glaive has several issues, and i've attempted to address them here with this mod. I've taken the time to adjust and fiddle with values to a fair level. This spreadsheet has the basis for the tools i used to adjust the numbers.
I don't believe that this mod is finished, and I will be fine tuning the values with everyones feedback.
