Rebalance of skills for Ala Carte's crappy armor set.
Removed the meme tier skills and makes grinding this monster more worth it.
Also comes with optional Alatreon Divinity rebalance.

GENERAL: Added True Critical Element to the armor via Silver Rathalos Essence. If you want, you can slot in Slinger Capacity 5.
Changed Element resists to 2 per piece across the board.
Increased Defense per piece from 160 --> 180
