First and foremost, this is a cheat. Please do not complain about how this is unfair or unbalanced. That is the point.
Clutch claw now has infinite range. When you aim your claw it will not lock onto the monster if you are far enough away, but it will still connect and pull you onto the monster.
Check the video for a good example of the new range.
BACK UP YOUR SAVE
While there should be no reason this will corrupt or invalidate your save file, always back up your save before installing any mod that alters aspects such as this.
Requires Stracker's Loader
Please do not install this mod with vortex.
