delete "Assets" folder before copy to "NativePC" folder if you wouldn't replace Arrows.

Extract file and copy "wp" and "Assets" foldre to "NativePC" folder under MHW installed directory (located "MonsterHunterWorld.exe" exists).
ex: Steam Default Path is...
"C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Monster Hunter World"
