Allow (G)Voucher&Fishing Item to be farmable in the botanical garden.

- Permissions and credits
No need to save Voucher or Sushifish Scale anymore :)
Simply add (G)Voucher,Fin(+) and (G)Scale into the list.
If you have not get these item before,they could be unavailable.
-If you want to uninstall it,just delete the "plant_item.plit" file under nativePC/common/plant folder.
