Port of Drahaka's Moonlight GS/LS to SA with custom efx

It's been a while. My drive was wiped earlier in the year while I was wrapping up the mod (and along with it a bunch of other ongoing mod work... RIP arisha silver fox set). I had shared a prototype of this one with a friend to test it a year ago, and we managed to recover it.
I've remade the mod used in my SA Alatreon world record attempt, and this will be my final MHW release.
This mod replaces Black Diablos Switch Axe (saxe007) weapon model, and also changes phial efx. Phial efx works for all phial types (e.g., power, elem, para, dragon, etc.). Optional critical blue effect is available, but it changes the crit effect globally for all weapons, so leave it up to your discretion.
