♥ about this mod ♥
this mod adds an item box to every camp site in every main area, excluding arena-like maps.
set decorations mid-hunt without leaving!!
these are especially useful for:
- guiding lands
- expeditions
- multi-monster hunts
- fixing important resistances or decorations you forgot.
- fine-tuning builds mid-hunt.
item boxes are positioned next to tents and as close to canteens as possible.
see your fellow hunters and socialize together as you restock your items!
quickly set new decorations and eat for different food skills / resistances in multi-monster hunts.
eat for safeguard and add wide range decorations in multiplayer quests that are close to failure.
♥ what's included ♥
an item box has been added to all camps in the following areas
- ancient forest
- wildspire waste
- coral highlands
- rotten vale
- elder's recess
- hoarfrost reach
- guiding lands
to prevent using the mod to cheat in arena quests and to respect the preparation needed for challenging fights,
item boxes are not added to arena-like areas such as:
- arena
- special arena
- seliana supply cache
- siege maps — zorah magdaros, kulve taroth, and safi'jiiva
- origin isle — shara ishvalda
- secluded valley — alatreon
- castle schrade — fatalis
♥ additional notes and tips ♥
item boxes at camps not available to the host in multiplayer can still be accessed for restocking.
however, do not to use the change equipment option here or you will need to return to a tent to restore weapon functionality.
item boxes restock items faster than tents when you don't need the health restore and sharpen / reload effects.
it avoids the animations from entering and leaving tents. a small time save that really adds up.
unlike tents, item boxes don't remove active mantles or decay their timer.
set mantle decorations after changing them mid-hunt.
mantle timers do not decay when standing still with weapons sheathed. this still applies when using item boxes.
damage over time ailments (like burning) are paused when using item boxes.
this includes their duration and effects, resulting in taking no damage while in the menu.
♥ installation ♥
to install:
- copy the nativePC folder to the game directory. it contains stage folder data.
*if you also have the more wedge beetles mod installed, overwrite the sobjl file to allow both mods to load.
to uninstall:
- remove the contents of the stage folder that were added when installed.
