Bandaid fix for crashing on adding a certain item in a certain language.

Did my best moving over data from the EN list to the previously outdated other lists.
There's no translation for a lot of the items, but whatever is already translated remains readable in its native language.
If translation efforts are available - do feel free to reach out.

Added feature to create a new shop price file.
Not much else has been fixed, but this feature is mainly used as a means for people to actually access the shop price editor.
Again, report to either my Discord (in the comments) or just make a post on here if there's any issues.
README also gets a minor update.

First version released.
Combined the archived version of ShopList (and Price) Editor from aria-zivar and the most recent version of ShopList Editor by IX_Xur (using the GitHub repo from VoldirFr). I just added some more presets for extra convenience.
A little late, but welcome Back to World!
