Iceborne nerfed Non-Elemental Boost to be a 1.05x multiplier, this mod reverses that and sets the skill back to a 1.1x multiplier.
With the sheer number of powerful elemental/status weapons (and very powerful raw weapons that happen to have element/status on them) this just lets pure raw weapons catch up a little bit better than in vanilla.
Installation: Just put the nativePC folder in your Monster Hunter World directory, the same place where the exe is located.
There's another mod that changes the same file, how can I integrate this? Easy, just do it yourself! Download MHW Editor, open the pl_skill_param.plsp file of the mod in question, scroll down to Skill Params (3), and there should be a "Non-Elemental Boost: Attack Multiplier" entry that is set to 1.05 by default. All this mod does is set that to 1.1, so do that and save it.
