About this mod
A charge blade rebalance similar to that found in the ICE mod.

I recommend playing the ICE mod over this for a better holistic experience. This is just for if you want to also use other mods incompatible with ICE.
You can assume that any changes or values not listed are the same as those found in the ICE mod. See the changelist there for details.
Similarities to ICE charge blade:
- Charge Blade motion values, element modifiers, and status modifiers are generally increased
- This includes impact phials
- The Power Element Phial (PEP) Savage Axe modifier is decreased, canceled out by the regular element modifier on Savage Axe being increased
- The partbreak modifier on the first hit of SAED is reduced to zero
- The Load Phials -> Element Discharge 1 combo is now Load Phials -> Element Discharge 2
Differences from ICE charge blade:
- Amped sword mode duration is not affected by sword attacks
- SAED phial usage timing is unchanged from vanilla
- Savage Axe activation still moves you back the same distance as vanilla
- The minor attack bonus scaling penalty on impact phials is still present
- The Load Phials -> Elemental Discharge 2 combo looks a little weird but the hitbox seems fine
- If you can't stand this and want to revert it to vanilla, you can simply delete the wp09_action.fsm file located at nativePC\hm\wp\wp09
Do NOT use this online, the moveset changes will cause desync with other players. It might be okay if everyone you play with is also using this mod, but I wouldn't risk it. If you really want to play with other people, I would recommend the ICE mod and its exclusive matchmaking.
Installation:
Just copy the contents of the nativePC folder into your nativePC folder. If this proves too difficult for you I would recommend the ICE mod for its easy-to-use installer/manager.
