Adds Commendation to Low Rank, High Commendation to High Rank, and Conqueror's Seal to Master Rank Elder Dragon standard (= hunt reward) drop tables

Adds commendation and its higher tier equivalents to the standard (= hunt reward) drop table for all elder dragons, because I wanted an easy way to farm the items from (tempered) investigations.

- 1x Novacrystal, 9%

- 1x Elder Dragon Blood, 16%
After:
- 1x High Commendation, 1% (guaranteed drop)
- 1x Kirin Hide+, 20%
- 1x Kirin Mane, 28%
- 1x Kirin Thundertail, 13%
- 1x Novacrystal, 9%
- 1x Elder Dragon Bone, 13%
- 1x Elder Dragon Blood, 16%
Installation
Install the mod either by:
- Manually by extracting the nativePC folder from the archive to your Monster Hunter World install directory
- Using Fluffy Mod Manager by adding the archive to the mod list (.../Games/MHW/Mods/) and installing the mod using Fluffy Mod Manager
