Built right over the Thirr River, the temple city of Almas Thirr is a massive Velothi canton that effectively divides the Thirr River into its lower and upper regions. To the south, eventually, is the Hlaalu city of Narsis. To the north, the Imperial citadel of Old Ebonheart. Ships passing between must come through Almas Thirr, one of the few choke points on the Thirr River. Naturally, this screenshot comes from the Tamriel Rebuilt mainland.
