You can hotkey all potions in TES 3-5. I was surrounded by MCA, bandit attack in Seyda Neen. My PC was in the middle of 9 with three shooting shock damages from a distance. My PC just stood there while I spammed the health potions. The shock damaged killed all the melee marauders plus three npcs, except the PC.
