About this image

I knew that "Ebonheart outskirt & Lighthouse district" by Arimon was going to conflict with my installed mods Cathedral Akatosh (CatAkatosh.esp by olol) and Tea Mod (by Stuporstar), but I went ahead and tried it anyway. The results surprised me. A mushroom and maybe a couple more doodads to disable, but in the end we got a sizeable, religious Imperial commoner's district.

I am thinking of making a merge of Outskirt + Cathedral myself, along with adding priests and a working shrine in the Cathedral + in the streets.
Not sure how would I upload it though. olol mentioned that CatAkatosh.bsa is not allowed on Nexus, because it's technically changed Oblivion meshes and textures. Would it be fine to upload just the .esp without the "licensed" Oblivion stuff, while leaving a requirement for an off-site download of CatAkatosh?

Looks great, thanks! Couldn't find any info on Cathedral Akatosh mod though, can you give any directions?
UPD: I found it, will test your build soon)

I don't remember where I've got the English version. Right now I only see the 1C (Russian) version online:
      https://www.fullrest.ru/forum/topic/35389-catakatosh-1c/
(the 7z archive in the first message of the thread)

EDIT: Actually, looking at the readme provided, you have to specifically edit cel files to even russify the mod. Otherwise, it's in English.
As it is it's a transplant of Oblivion resources into Morrowind, no NPCs inside. So the NPCs added by "Ebonheart outskirts" is actually a good thing for the (otherwise barren) cathedral mod. If only I knew the CS well enough to smoothen the resulting terrain and move two houses away from the steps of the cathedral...
