This little plug-in allows you to enchant items with constant effects using the souls of powerful monsters (i.e. Winged Twilight, Deadroth etc) which have a minimum of 300 soul. Basically every soul gem with a capacity of 300 will enable the constant effect feature, just click down in the left corner to change it from "cast when used" to "constant effect".
This plug-in was made with CS 1.30 and requires all expansions.
If you would like to do this yourself it's quite easy. Start CS and go to gameplay->settings->gameplay tab click twice on the ID column to rearrange the list, now u should see a bit lower a line "400 iSoulAmountForConstantEffect". Change the value to the one you desire. NOTE: with this value it seems that you could enchant items with constant effect with the soul of a dwarven ghost named Dahrk Mezalf (or maybe there are more).
