About this mod
Adds a decent sized house with a lot of storage near Balmora.

Adds the Balmora Riverside home, just south along the River Oad, not far from the Balmora Stilt Strider. The place contains standard house stuff, and a nice storage area in the attached tower. This isn't an unnecessarily large castle mod, but there's room to breate here. I think it's a nice middle. I've had this sitting around my Data Files gathering dust, and decided it'd do better out there, just incase someone not familiar with the cs wants an average home. :)
I don't think this will conflict with anything, since it's outside the main modding area of Balmora, I know I haven't found anything, tell me if it does.
(For Some unknown reason this required Bloodmoon and Tribunal, I'm pretty sure it'll run fine with just some error messages, although I haven't actually tried)
