About this mod
This plugin provides a large home for you just south of Caldera. It is intended more for serious RPers, since there is a mandatory quest to gain access, and there are mainly only decorative items inside. This plugin provides a large home for you just south of Caldera. It is intended more for serious RPers, since there is a mandatory quest to gain access, and there are mainly only decorative items inside. There are currently three new NPC's, with unique dialogue, and two new quests. I plan to expand this mod in the near future to allow the estate to be upgraded via a series of quests.

South Hill has been updated to be compatible with the latest Patch, as well as several other small changes. Maria's items will now respawn every few weeks, she carries a few more restore health and magicka potions. Some clipping problems in the top floor of the house have been eliminated. Dialogue has been tweaked slightly so the quests should be receivable by everyone.
