I have to say, that the way you have made it, Azura’s Ring becomes not “better†but rather badly overpowered. Let me comment on separate effect:
“Night Eye: 50-50†Not as much overpowered as unnecessary; I personally find Night Eye of around 30 ~ 35 points more then sufficient, and more then that makes the game too bright for my liking. (Not sure how many others share my opinion, though)
“Restore Fatigue 5-5†Perfectly fine. Actually, I would suggest rising Restore Fatigue to around 15 to remove the necessity of other fatigue restoration items.
“Restore Health 25-25†Horribly overpowered; such high restore health per second makes you pretty much invulnerable. I would suggest removing health restoration at all, or at least dropping it to 1 per second (like Necromancer’s Amulet, a powerful artifact in its own right.
“Resist common disease 100-100†Plain unnecessary; at this point you have your natural immunity to all diseases, and Azura knows it.
“Spell Absorption 30-30 Reflect 50-50â€
Horribly overpowered; as if health restoration haven’t already made you invulnerable, this makes you roughly 60% immune to all hostile magic (not counting other protective items you might wear).
To sum it up, it would be nice if you made the following version of Auzra’s Ring (perhaps as a separate file, so that people could choose between overpowered and a more balanced rings):
Possible addition: Fortify Personality: 10 – 10 Fortify Speechcraft: 10 – 10 (I personally think it would make sense if Azura’s Ring includes more powerful versions of Moon-and-Star’s enchantments)
Possible addition: Restore Health: 1 – 1 (If you *really* want to include constant restore health enchantment, though I personally think it isn’t necessary)
Looks good, but the 'resist common disease' enchantment is useless unless you cheat to get the ring. You should know why if you've done the Main Quest.
There is no such thing as "The Ring of Azura". The only ingame item related to Azura is "Azura Star". There is "The Ring of the Kajiiti". That's what you might be thinking about.
