For some reason, the eyes on the mask of the Indoril helmet are all the way down by the mouth, which looks like they have small faces by the chin, & huge foreheads.

if you are still wondering, i think i found the fix. go into textures and rename "tx_a_indoril_helmetmask.dds" to "tx_a_indoril_helmetmask_nm.dds"

If you will rename it to helmetmask_nm - the game will use old vanilla texture for the helmet and also wrong texture for normal map will be used. I've "fixed" the texture, simply by cropping it to the original square scale instead of new, rectangular one. You can do it on your own or just wait for the author to show up and fix it. The texture or texture UV.

I figured out a quick and dirty fix for the Indoril helmet problem. You can use this patch: https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/45784
Yes, I'm aware that not only is that patch for OpenMW, but it's also for v2 of this mod, not the original, but it still works with the original even if you're not using OpenMW. You can use the whole patch without digging through files, and the only side effect I've discovered is that the Indoril armor is less glossy. It also fixes the problem where the Indoril gloves were too shiny as well.
