Gives all Caravaners and Shipmasters a written travel guide to sell to the PC

The guide lists which cities go where and with what method. Simple idea. Simply talk to a Caravaner/Shipmaster and choose the topic "My Trade", which introduces the topic "Travel guide". Each guide is 25 septims.
