Velothi Tower near the temple just outside the walls of Balmora. This is my first mod that I actually released, all I basicly know only what a tutorial on interior cell making and my own messing around. feedback? :D
Has several Rooms:
Living Area/Main Room. 2 Small storage Areas, 1 Large Storage Area, Bedroom, Bar, Library, Large Storage Room, Dunmer Temple Shrine, Jail Cell with NPC
6 NPCs: John, Paul, George, Ringo (Yes, the Beatles work the bar), Katherine (Lady in the library, tele to caldera) and John (silly prisoner)
Requires Tribunal, even though to my knowledge, i didn't use anything from Tribunal
