About this mod
A small fix for the vanilla Factor's Estate, changing the silo to a mage library and workshop. Contains a few minor fixes as well.

Just a favor for someone on /r/morrowind. Edits the "Raven Rock, Factor's Estate" cell to have a mage library and workshop instead of the mostly empty silo part of the house. Also placed a few more containers and shelves, and replaced the single bed with a double one.

Warning:
If you've already visited the cell ingame before installing this mod, you will get a messy duplicated cell. To fix this, I've added a mod that removes the Factor's Estate cell. Load "Mage Factors Estate_DuplicateFix.esm" firstly (remember to get all your belongings out of the interior before you load it!), while not entering the house. Save your game. Uncheck the mod, and load "Mage Factors Estate.esm" instead. This should give you the new interior only, I hope. Otherwise you'll have to load a savegame from before you got the player home.
