Replaces the particles in Propylon chambers with cool magicky starfield ones

Just a simple replacer. Drag & Drop. Replaces the particles in the propylon chambers. Hopefully you'll think they look better. They should also provide a small FPS boost in propylon chambers as the old particles were known to lag people's games.
