Equipping the amulet will cause hang in the OpenMW engine and crash in the original. The amulet script is repaired here.

What this fix does-
What is different from other similar fix?-
Killing Dregas Volar will not teleport you immediately back to Tel Fyr, but you have to use the amulet.
Infinite use of daedric sanctuary amulet, which is overpowered/cheating in my view. This makes Magas Volar an easy retreat.
This is more of a convenient fix.
The script here can be made simpler. 1 line of if/endif and a short variable is removed.
Spoilers-
Players can still acquire the second crescent, Just need a little creativity to obtain it.
- Can equip Tel Fyr amulet with no issues, and functions just as intended.
- Simpler script.
- Not a balance or personal preference fix.
