This icon was originally created by DokterDume on Deviantart, but their download links no longer seem to be working. I just ran their image through IcoFX, then figured others might appreciate it - all credit goes to DokterDume! Matches pretty well LastSix's HD Oblivion Icon, too.
To use this icon, place the .ico file wherever you'd like to keep it (I personally put mine in the Morrowind directory with the .exe files). Right-click on your Morrowind desktop shortcut, click 'Properties', 'Change Icon', find wherever you put it and then press 'OK'.
