This mod adds higher quality soul gems to npc enchanters. Before only Elbert Nermarc from Tribunal had restocking supply of 5 grand soul gems. Now you may find common, greater and grand soul gemsl - quantity and quality depending on your level.

I recommend using Danae's excellent mod Wares instead of this mod since it does all that this mod does plus much more.
This mod adds higher quality soul gems to npc enchanters. Before only Elbert Nermarc from Tribunal had restocking supply of 5 grand soul gems. Nobody else had them for sale. It didn't made any sense that only one person had 5 of them and only other way to get them was to find them in dangerous dungeons or steal them.
Now you may find common, greater and grand soul gems - quantity and quality depending on your level, sold by enchanter merchants.
I didn't give them petty and lesser variations because they are fairly common and some of them already had them.
These are the leveled lists:
For common soulgem:
Chance PC level Quantity Tag
30 % 1 2 common0
100 % 10 3 common1
For greater soulgem:
Chance PC level Quantity Tag
5 % 8 1 greater0
50 % 10 2 greater1
100 % 26 1 greater2
For grand soulgem:
Chance PC level Quantity Tag
5 % 16 1 grand0
30 % 24 1 grand1
70 % 32 2 grand2
Then I made 3 "ranks" of soul gems (more leveled lists):
Rank 1 contains:
common0, common1
Rank 2 contains:
common0, common1, greater0, greater1, greater2
Rank 2 contains:
common0, common1, greater0, greater1, greater2
Rank 3 contains:
common0, common1, greater0, greater1, greater2, grand0, grand1, grand2
Then these "ranks" of soulgems were added to enchanters. Higher profile merchant - more better soulgems.
Remember to merge leveled lists. ; - )
