In the pursuit of developing my architectural talents I have designed this unique home for Morrowind. It is positioned just outside of Pelegiad overlooking Amaya Lake – hence the name.

File credits
There are a few folk I want to credit here...
First of all, GouRou (at the time, from the Elder Scrolls Forums), for the unique wall model. Additional details are included in the file.
Secondly the creators of Morrowind VanillaPlus Textures - Purist Edition. These amazing screenshots are just a small example of the improvements this mod makes for Morrowind.
Thirdly, I want to give a shoutout and thanks to Morrowind Modding Showcases, who I discovered had featured Caldera Manor and Amaya Lodge. That got me to return to Morrowind after all these years. None of the things I have done or started doing for Morrowind since then would exist without them. Here is a link to the video: https://youtu.be/c30ITDt9DBo
Lastly the creators of OpenMW, for making me feel like I felt the first time I played Morrowind, all those years ago. I had worked hard for the money to buy the Collector's Edition of Morrowind, and I remember the sense of wonder I felt when I first stepped off the boat. This updated version of Morrowind, on a new engine, made me feel like that all over again.
Thank you, everyone,

I’m not going to bother going into all the things this house has, however I will tell you about the basics. Outside you will find a deck, a hammock, you own private beach (occupied only by Mudcrabs), and an herb garden. Inside there are 3 floors with a dwarven kitchen, dining room, bedroom, and living room on the first floor, a library, treasure room, some display space, and two storage rooms in the basement, and finally upstairs you’ll find a lab/study, and a ready-to- decorate display room where you may wish to place all the unique artifacts you’ve located in your journeys. There’s one special feature in the house in addition to the architectural features and you shouldn’t have any trouble locating it.
