This mod puts a house in Seyda Neen for the Player to use. It's got some furnishings and some empty containers in it. There are five empty containers outside the house, as well.

I made a nice little house for my next Morrowind character, and I thought I'd share it. There aren't any lights in the interior cell, but you can place candles and lanterns in-game, just as I intend to. I've adjusted the existing exterior pathgrids around the house a bit, and added some shading to the ground. I tested Fargoth's creeping-around quest with this mod, and everything works fine. Only stock Morrowind/Tribunal/Bloodmoon stuff has been used.
Do whatever you want with this mod. No credit required.
Three ESPs are included:
ScothPlayerHomeSN.ESP = Just the house.
ScothPlayerHomeSNk.ESP = The house, plus a key placed inside the house for unlocking the interior containers and exterior door.
ScothPlayerHomeSNkQ.ESP = The house, the key, and Sellus Gravius will explain that the house is a gift from the Emperor when he gives you your duties.
NOTE: The readme in the zip file contains LIES: There are, in fact, three free items inside the house (a broom, a bucket, and a pillow), and I did create a new object (the key) whilst making this mod.
