About this mod

Caldera Mages Home is what it says it is. A moderate sized player home in Caldera. The home is located near the mages guild in Caldera and features an alchemy station, library, trophy room and a selection of harvestable plants around the exterior. The home can be bought from the Caldera mages guild if you are a member.

This is my first mod. Criticism is very much welcome. I made this mode
because I was tired of settling for the Great house homes, and wasn't really
satisfied with modded player homes. Most feeling to busy, or too extravagant. I
wanted a player home with plenty of storage space that didn't fleet cluttered or
cramp. I didn't want a bunch of clutter and ingredients and plates, just the empty
containers and shelves so I could clutter it up myself, to my liking, reflection my
adventure.

The Caldera Mages Home adds a moderate sized player home to Caldera. Located
near the mages guild and available for purchase to Mage Guild Members of sufficient
rank. Of course, One could always break and enter the home and set up shop.
To find the home, travel to Caldera and ask most any of the townspeople about
specific places. They should mention the 'Artorius Manor' as one of the locations.
Simply follow up asking about the manor to be told the location and whom the home can
be bought from.

    Instillation
----------------------
Extract the contents of the .rar file into the Morrowind/Data Files folder.
activate the plugin in the Morrowind Launcher. If you are using Mod Organizer 2, you
should be able to install as you would any other mod. Simply click install mod and
select the 'CBR - Caldera Mages Home.rar" file.

    Details
----------------------
The Manor cost 25,000 gold if purchased. To purchase the manor the player
must know about the manor (via specific places dialogue option) and be a Conjurer
in the mages guild. The player may optionally pick either of the two level 95 locks
on the ground floor, or the level 75 lock on the balcony to gain entry.
The Manor is surround by various harvestable plants. and features a walled
in yard/garden in the back. Inside the Manor has plenty of containers for storage,
and features a trophy room for displaying treasures. The manor also includes an
empty library for storing all the books and scrolls found, as well as an alchemy
area (in the tower) that comes with a full set of grandmasters alchemy equipment
(This is part of the reason for the steep price).

    Conflicts
----------------------
This mod alters the area and terrain around the west side of Caldera, near
the castle. Specifically cells (-1,3), (-1,2), (-2,3), (-2,2). Any mod altering this
area may cause conflicts. The terrain was smoothed out enough to allow the manor to
sit cleanly between the road, tower and castle. This may cause floating grass or
rocks if you are using a ground cover mod. In my experience, the floating grass is 
limited to the manors back yard/garden and the area near the castle steps.
This mod also makes changes to the 'specific places' dialogue option, Altering
the text for specific rumors within the Caldera cells to include mention of the manor.
This mod depends on Medila Indaren to sell the manor to the player. Any mod
altering or removing her, may cause conflicts.
