About this mod
Adds a small house in Caldera. Down the street from the Mages Guild to the smith. Behind Ghorak Manor.

The house, named Bean Hub, is located in Caldera. It can be found just behind Ghorak Manor, if you stand in front of the smith you can't miss it.
It has some storage downstars with empty chests, boxes and barrels. Ground level is the living area and upstairs is a bedroom with a ring that always lets you teleport to the house when ever you equip it.
The mod was made for a streamer friend of mine who did store all her stuff inside the lighthouse in Seyda Neen, which I could no longer bear with.
Have fun with the Mod. If you want to join her stream, her name is "MagentaBean" and she streams Morrowind currently on wednesday. Hence the name Bean Hub.
