Removes vertex painting and reduces lighting seams in various tilesets.

Removed vertex paint and recalculated normals, which reduces lighting seams in a couple tilesets. Currently the two most egregious of the sets are included, Velothi and Dwarven.
Uploading by request, I am fully aware some prefer vertex colors but I do not plan on supporting this mod, it is provided as is. I have not tested in Morrowind.exe.
