Three empty homes to add to your game to be furnished: Ald-ruhn, Sadrith Mora and Vivec-Ebonheart Road.

There are three empty houses you can add to your game. It's modular so you can just install the one(s) you want. I made this back in 2013 when Drac and Toccatta told me they were working on Morrowind Crafting 3.0. Making this was a little premature, but I used these with 2.1, too. None of the houses are big, just ordinary sized houses you'd find in the vanilla game. You have to supply your own lights and furnishings.
Vivec-Ebonheart Road Home, v1.0 - Use this esp if you would rather move right in at no cost.
Vivec-Ebonheart Road Home, v1.1 - Use this esp if you would rather buy the home instead of moving right in. Cost is 7500 gold.
I may add options for buying the other houses later on, but for now, only the VE house has the option of buying.
