This is a repost of NZdawghaus' original Wide Screen Splash Replacer files. It is posted with direct specific permission from NZdawghaus. Gives 16:9 versions of vanilla Splash Screens.

NZdawghaus once provided these beautiful 16:9 Splash Screen Replacers. But then some things happened and they pulled all their stuff off Nexus. I found the additional wide screen splash screens here on Nexus, and went looking for these, and found them in the wilds of Morrowind Modding History. So...I figured other folks would like them too, and I asked NZdawghaus if I could put them back up. They *reluctantly* agreed, with the provision that they be credited, but that all their contact information be pulled from the readme file. So . . . here they are.
No further permissions of any sort exist for these files.
They may be downloaded and put into your game, but that's *it*.
These files exactly replace the original vanilla splash screens, providing versions that are in 16:9 format.
This way, those using widescreen monitors do not have to suffer looking at "stretched" splash screens.
To install, use your mod manager, and/or dump them into Data Files\Splash
If you do it manually, these *will* overwrite the existing vanilla splash screens, so make a backup of your Splash directory first!
To remove, use your mod manager or manually restore the backed up files you were supposed to make and let the backup overwrite these files.
