Balmora

Balmora, the capital of House Hlaalu. Detailed streets, lots of small details and graffiti. A new merchant appears in the market during the day, beckoning customers. Traders now close their doors at night. Added several animations for the NPC. Couple of new houses and citizens, detailed interiors. Bridges with railings, finally.

This mod is based on Balmora - Seat of Power of House Hlaalu by RandomPal. If you need patches for grass or other mods, get them from there.
