About this mod
This mod adds character cultures that can be selected after character generation.

Cultures add bonuses and penalties to your character. Most cultures are either lore-friendly, lore-implied or present in either Tamriel Rebuilt or Project Tamriel. Some additional cultures come from Citizens of the Empire. The most lore-unfriendly ones are available in separate file which demonstrates the use of interop to anyone who wants to add their own entries. Anyway it shouldn't be a problem for purists who can simply ignore the cultures they find lore-unfriendly. There are also 3 generic cultures for players who want to use the mod with custom races.
Known Issues
While there is a Random button to pick a culture at random, it doesn't work very well, because it picks from all cultures and most of them is unavailable for for most races, so the chance is it will most likely land on a greyed-out culture. However, if you prefer to not have any restrictions while picking a culture, you can download NoReq version from miscellaneous section.
Mod might not work as intended with levelling mods changing the way Attributes are calculated, particularly the Attribute penalties will probably get overwritten. It should still be playable, but this needs to be kept in mind when picking the Culture.
