There are a lot of Tel Uvirith mods out there. This is one more. I made it because I had a Telvanni character who wanted slightly nicer digs than the original game provided, but without the grandeur or enormous towns provided by Uvirith's Legacy or Building Up Uvirith's Grave.
This mod expands Tel Uvirith, but keeps the general layout the same. The new rooms are meant to be cozy additions which fill out the tower and make it feel more like the stronghold of a powerful wizard, but without enormously increasing the tower footprint.
From the outside, the tower looks mostly the same, with a handful of new protrusions and turrets. In the upper tower, there are 6 new rooms:
A throne room
A small library and study
A lecture space
A cozy hearth area
A trophy room/vault
A two story laboratory
In the lower tower, there are 3 new areas:
A small barroom
A storage room in the basement
Servants'/guards' quarters
In the dungeon, there are two additons:
A hidden laboratory which connects to the lab in the upper tower
Some jail cells and a guard's quarters
The new rooms have spacious containers and furniture but no decoration. Fill them with as many trophies and treasures as you want. No NPCs are added by this mod, but if you want to staff your tower I recommend using the mercenary/servant mod "A Lord's Men".
