Add this as a new layer on top of a landscape texture and set the blending mode to Screen to turn it into a Bloodmoon-style snowy texture.

Changelogs
Version 1.0
Initial release.
Bloodmoon used the same snow overlay for all of its snowy rock/dirt/grass textures, which makes it possible to extract the original tiling snow image with Photoshop layer blending tricks. This is that extracted image. There is a vanilla-resolution version (256x256) and an HD version (1024x1024).
To apply it to your own landscape texture, just add this as a new layer on top and set its layer blending mode to Screen. You have to use Screen blending or it won't look right.
