This my first try at modding.
You need OAAB, Sadrith Mora Seat of Power and Tower of Stories.
Mod needs SM Seat of Power Core version I haven't tried the other versions you can try em and let me know if they're compatible - might update in future.
Use my ESP instead of the Wolverine Overhauled and Tower of Stories ESPs.

The Big Mushroom Cap on top of Tel Naga is from The Great Master Neloth at Morrowind Nexus - mods and community (nexusmods.com) and works fine with my compatibility patch.
It's my first try at modding so don't decapitate me if its not a 100%
