This mod adds a cozy player home apartment to the upstairs of Arrille's Tradehouse in Seyda Neen, overhauling the previous unobtainable room. Simply ask Arrille about "room for rent", and you'll be on your way to owning the apartment.

Notes:
I left the space mostly empty as to give the feel of it not being lived in, and to give the player freedom of decorating without the hassle of removing the existing clutter. If anyone finds any bugs, let me know asap.
Compatibility:
Should work with most mods as long as they don't alter the room in Arrille's Tradehouse. I've added a few lines of dialogue to Arrille, so if you don't see the topic "room for rent", you may have a conflicting mod. In that case, try typing into the console (AddTopic "room for rent"), without parentheses of course. If you find an incompatibility and make a patch for it, please send it to me so that I can add it to the files.
