A Rocky West Gash plugin, adding a couple of cliffs/rocks from Rocky West Gash to cut off the Balmora Temple from the road, because what good is a town wall if an invader can walk around it?
Obviously, this requires Rocky West Gash and is likely incompatible with anything that tries to do the same thing.
