This mod adds a new alchemy shop in Gnisis. You can find it by taking a stilt strider to Gnisis and making an immediate left. You will find Lauraceae Persea's alchemy shop snuggled between scattered rocks and muck sponges.

Lauraceae's shop offers alchemy ingredients for fortify strength, intelligence, willpower, agility, speed, endurance, personality, and luck. These ingredients are on her restocking list.
She also sells alchemy apparatuses for combining the ingredients. These do not restock.

Raising Lauraceae's disposition will reveal a quest (just one) to deliver kwama eggs to Therana in Tel Branora.
The quest features a simple gold reward, but raising Therana's disposition will unlock a secret reward.

This mod has three new NPCs.
Lauraceae Persea, a breton, as mentioned before, is the shop owner of the alchemy shop in Gnisis.
Mangifera Indica, a dunmer, is a possible companion, provided you raise his disposition. He isn't fleshed out, as most of my effort went into making the shop and Lauraceae's quest. But he will follow you and help you fight. He has a built in heal and magicka regen. He is a spellcaster, but can use an axe when his magicka runs low. The quest doesn't involve any fighting, so you won't need to bring him. But you can if you want.
Wishes-with-Heart, an argonian slave for Therana. She is part of the delivery quest.

Requirements:
Morrowind, Tribunal, Bloodmoon

Installation:
Move the file called "AlchemyShopGnisis.ESP" into your Morrowind "Data Files" folder.

Beautiful Cities of Morrowind compatibility:
I moved the shop to accommodate for the different landscaping of BCOM. It's still to your immediate left upon stilt striding to Gnisis.
During my delivery quest, Lauraceae tells you to take two stilt striders and a boat to get to Tel Branora. In the vanilla game, you can easily walk over from Adondasi Sadalvel to Ano Andaram, but in BCOM, Ano was moved to the opposite side of Vivec; to the docks near the Vivec Temple, so you'll have to take the gondolas and do a bit more walking.
