Adds shrines to all temples in Vvardenfell that will restore health/fatigue/magicka for donations.

Adds a shrine to all temple locations in Vvardenfell that will restore your health/fatigue/magicka for a small donation. Made it for a relatively cheap option to heal your character without having to rest in an inn or pay for potions. More so because I had a character that used magic as a support and didn't like having to rest all the time messing up my sleep cycles in ashfall. Just a nice option so that I was more likely to actually use my magicka instead of saving it for rare occasions.
I basically just modified the normal shrine script to include an extra effect and added it only to these new shrines as to not mess up any of the others just in case. Now the almsivi restoration option will restore all your attributes as well as health/stamina/magicka.
